VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports Dec. 12:

Dec. 1

* Drew M. Marshall of Lowell was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Dec. 3

* Scott A. Daniels of Parkersburg was arrested on charges of domestic assault and domestic battery.

Dec. 8

* Chrystall A. Starkey of Vienna was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, public intoxication, obstructing and failure to fingerprint.

Dec. 9

* Joseph B. Cain of Vienna was arrested on a charge of domestic violence protection order violation.

* Kenneth M. Hutton of Vienna was arrested on a charge of second-offense aggravated driving under the influence.

Dec. 10

* Jason D. Holtz of Clarksburg was arrested on charges of public intoxication, battery of an officer and failure to fingerprint.
