PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released by the Wood County Magistrate Court on May 3:
* Morgan Baldwin, 221 Meadow Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operation without a certificate or failure to produce a certificate and was assessed $181.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed.
* James Paul Rush, 610 Wilbur St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting. He was assessed $201.48 and a civil penalty of $427.09 paid to Rural King.
* Jeffrey Alan Eddy, 928 Newbanks Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding, 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, and was assessed $186.48.
* Brian Alan Bonnett, 49879 Manuel Road, Racine, Ohio, pleaded guilty to obstructing or hindering officer – boating and was assessed $201.48. A charge of improper use of evidences of registration was dismissed.
* Gregory Scott Blair, 2306 Cherry Ave., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of the manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
* Six charges of persons prohibited from possession of firearms and four charges of knowingly soliciting, encouraging or enticing unlawful transfer of ammunition or firearm were dismissed against Caleb Wayne Hart, 2500 Broadway Ext., Parkersburg.
* Martin Gale Collins II, of 1312 21st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order and was assessed $426.48 in fines and court fees and was sentenced to three days served.
* Alan Wayne Nichols, 901 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. A charge for improper left turn was dismissed.
* Amber Louise Kyer, 695 Short Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods and second-offense shoplifting and was assessed $176.48. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, for the receiving or transferring charge and 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation, for the shoplifting charge. A charge of trespass on property other than structure or conveyance was dismissed.
* Donald Leroy Wade, 412 Lubeck Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana and was assessed $176.48.
* Paige Lshae Hopkins, 1408 Lancaster St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to obstructing NRPO and was assessed $176.48.
* A charge of petit larceny was dismissed under a deferred sentencing agreement against Chelsie Dawn West, 1614 Latrobe St., Parkersburg.
* A charge of obstruction was dismissed against Braden Jeremiah Joe Hamilton, 1334 Spring St., Parkersburg, under a deferred sentencing agreement.
* Paula Wright, 411 13th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a truancy charge and was assessed $176.48.
* Quinten Michael Keller, 1326 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting and was assessed $181.48.
* David Michael Carr, 715 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended license and was assessed $352.96. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and second-offense driving on a suspended license and was assessed $352.96.
* Andrew M. Baker, 361 Greenbrier Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was assessed $201.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without evidence of registration was dismissed.
* Paul Edward Tennant, 724 Forest Way, Waverly, pleaded guilty to operation without certification of inspection or failure to to produce a certificate and was assessed $181.48. A charge of expired motor vehicle registration was dismissed.
* Cesar Javier Burrios, 6322 Swift Creek Road, Smithfield, N.C., pleaded guilty to charges of no operator’s license and defective equipment and was assessed $362.96.
* Brendan Matthew Pratt, 11722 Lee Creek Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to speeding, 87 mph in a 70 mph zone, and was assessed $186.48.
* Joshua D. Dossenback, 100 Fieldstone Way, Lebanon, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a speeding violation and was assessed $181.48.
* Corey Earl Randol, 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with an expired operator’s license and no seatbelt and was assessed $211.48. He also pleaded guilty to no operator’s license and was assessed $186.48.
* Christopher Lee Bohn, of 647 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding, 89 mph in a 70 mph zone, and was assessed $191.48 in fines and court fees.
* Loureen Meryl Rainer, of 8562 Acadia Drive, Sagamore Hills, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 90 mph in a 70 mph zone, and was assessed $186.48.
* George E. Dever, of 3407 Broad St., Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of failure to register as a sex offender and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Ally R. Propst, 22 Anns Drive, Apt. 1, VIenna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* John Edward Boston, of 154 Cedar Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Dreama A. Lynch, of 1327 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a fraudulent schemes charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Crystal Barker, of 1109 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a truancy charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* William Robert Wilmes, of 20 Forest Ave., Mineral Wells, was arranged on a citation for expired motor vehicle inspection sticker and expired registration and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Daniel Dwaye Flanigan, of 161 Opal Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* William Howard McBrayer, of 58 Abbey Village Drive, Apt. 101, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Nathaniel David Randolph, of 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and reporting a false emergency and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
* Daniel Eugene Clevenger, of 552 Woodyarad Creek Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 surety bond.
* Todd Garrell Malone, 1023 Limestone Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Washington County and was taken into custody to await court action. He was arraigned on charges of obstruction and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
* Randall Andrew Beatty, 804 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two charges of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous reasons.
* A charge of domestic battery as dismissed against Lily Rain Williams, 166 N. Pineview Drive, Parkersburg, because the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
* Olivia T. Morris, 70 Thorn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $376.48. A charge of improper use of evidences of registration was dismissed as part of a plea agreement. A charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license was dismissed after she obtained a valid license, and a charge of possession of a controlled substance as dismissed after the terms of a deferred sentence agreement were satisfied.
* Sarah B. Wise, 917 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and was assessed $181.48. A cell phone use charge was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* A charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate was dismissed against George W. Kuhn, 80 Breitmeirer Lane, Walker, after he provided proof of inspection.
* Charges of domestic battery and interfering or preventing emergency communication were dismissed against Richard Isiac Scott, c/o 93 Dovetail Road, Mineral Wells, because the state could not locate the alleged victim.
