PARKERSBURG – Crews from Triton Construction were demolishing one ramp of the Juliana Street Bridge Tuesday. The bridge ramps into and out of Parkersburg are set to be replaced over the next two years in a nearly $17.6 million project. Traffic is moving in both directions on the previously outbound ramp.
